Advance Planning
Preplanning for funeral and cemetery expenses had been a long-time service provided by the mortuary. However, around the 1980 to 1990 it was recognized that formal presentations made available for a number of people was advisable and experiments with a number of different seminar approaches for Advance Planning were attempted. Finally, a concept for quarterly seminars with a variety of experts was put in place and began.
